1962 Volkswagen 23 Window Deluxe Microbus 

You are looking at a one family owned 23 window bus with a good amount of original paint with great patina character. We wanted to do a survivor restoration on this bus, meaning replace all the metal, and blend the paint into the original paint. We will not be able to start on this project for some time so figured to offer it out to see if there was someone looking for a bus like this. We got the motor running (not the original motor) so does not have to be pushed around. The e brakes work so you can stop but not road worthy by any means. Has all the seats but they are in poor condition with the best seat being the front. There is a lot of bad but there is also good and at the end of the day it is a 23 window bus. Not to many out there anymore. 

Yes the previous owners put their flavor on the bus with the cut out wheel wells for big tires in the back, cut big tail light holes in the rear, cut into the bench wall, added lights on the rear of roof, and adding a spare tire in the front of the bus that looks to have been used to stop the bus at times :( Everything is replaceable on the bus and we are looking for that customer that wants us to do the restoration for them.
